The 2019 Health Excellence Organisation (HEO) has several sponsorship packages available, providing sponsors with a choice of exposure related to financial commitment. Participating as a sponsor and/or exhibitor can take you straight to your target market and demonstrate your level of support and commitment to the Healthcare industry. Sponsorship gives your company exposure to both the HEC (Congress) and HEA (Awards)
Your brand will be included in all conference material and you will have the opportunity to include signage, and make brochures and other materials available to delegates over the course of the conference.
Exhibition at the HEC 2019 will be held at Ingwenyama lodge from 15 – 16 November 2019. This will be a great opportunity for exhibitors to showcase new innovations, projects, products, services and research. This provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with commercial companies and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances within their field. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap into the expertise provided by exhibitions to answer questions and provide product demonstrations. In addition to the exhibitors and the posters, coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area in order to maximise the amount of time delegates spend within the exhibition room. There are 2 options for exhibitors: 3m x 3m and 6m x 6m.

Breakaway Sessions Sponsor
There will be different rooms for breakaway sessions where you can brand the whole room and distribute your company promotional material to the delegates that will be attending that session. There will also be a board that indicates that the breakaway session was sponsored by your company.
