To be effective, sponsorship of any event must serve the interest of four constituent groups:

    • It must serve the business interest of the sponsoring company
    • It must serve the best interests of the event and its participants
    • It must have a positive impact upon the sponsor’s direct consumers

    *Get an Exhibition space at one Symposium

    *Branding at the gala event

    *Mentioned throughout the programme who the sponsors are.

    (Only 2 packages available per industry)

    *Get exposure at both the Symposiums & gala event.

  4. PLATINUM SPONSOR:

    >R100 000 (Only 1 package available per industry)

    *Invites will clearly state that HEO is in partnership with a company that will take this option

    *Get premium exhibition space at events (Three symposium and award ceremony).

    *Company will be given a slot at above mentioned events.

    *Company logo on name badges.

    *Company logo on lanyards.

    *Present four awards for categories of your choice.

    *Flexibility to negotiate more benefits.

    *Four executives to be placed at the same table where the available government dignitaries (MEC, Premier, etc.) will be seating.

    *There will be no direct competitor with your company that will be allowed to sponsor the event.

Pay for Delegates

Your company can contribute money into  a pool of funds where delegates that have applied to request complementary access to attend the symposiums will be catered for.

Symposium Registration Fee  = R950 PP

27  & 28 May 2023 (Annual Paediatric Surgery Symposium)

Awards registration fee = R600 PP, R6000 per table of 10

(Early Bird: R550 PP, R5500 per table
